School remodel of existing basement to enhance a new dedicated art zone with new entry installation to allure students and guests into student gallery spaces. Which includes a new performing arts studio, and refurbished faculty lounge and work room, and existing art studio. This was a challenging almost subterranean space. The design helps brighten the otherwise dark spaces, through selection of color and materials along with other architectural elements.
